The Finance Department is head by the Accountant and Assisted by several Accounts Assistants. The department’s main role is to maintain the Hospital’s financial sustainability at its best. Some of the major tasks implemented by this Department include:
Handling of payments to suppliers and other beneficiaries and handling receipts from patients and guarantors and others.
Maintaining the Hospital financial sustainability.
Allocating the maximum possible funds generated from business to improvement and growth plans.
Preparing financial contingency plans.
Preparing Financial statements and keeping the accounting records of the Hospital and its related statistics and data.
